A One Week Plan For Expanding Your Stomach Using Water

Set the date and time

Please read How To Expand Your Stomach Using Food if you haven’t already, so that you can compare them. Despite the fact that you are using 2 different substances to train, you need to follow a similar structured training schedule so your body can adapt to the changes gradually, allowing you to achieve the best results. Your training regimen should be adjusted according to the date and time of your challenge or contest, just like when you train with food.

Analyze how much water you currently drink

It’s not an official step, but you need to consider your current level of water intake and your body type before beginning your training week. Consider yourself a beginner if you rarely
drink water, or feel that you don’t even get the recommended daily amount of water for your body. Since the amount of water your body needs depends on your body type, activity level,
and other factors, there is no set amount of water to set as a standard. As a result, a 5’2″ twenty-year-old female is more likely to consume less water than a 25-year-old male who weighs
6’5″ and 280 pounds (127kg). If you are not used to drinking water, then your body is not used to consuming a lot of water either, so it’s important to keep that in mind when deciding how much water to drink. If you are used to drinking two gallons of water per day regularly, you need to increase the amount you train with at a slower rate. Thinking about this will keep you safe.

Days 1 and 2

To prepare yourself for the rest of the week, you basically need to increase your daily water intake by a considerable amount for the first two days. I am a 6’5″ male weighing 250lbs (114kg), so I try to drink 2-3 gallons of water steadily throughout the days before I am going to involve light water training. However, you do not have to follow my path just because that’s what I do. Drink plenty of water throughout the day and early evening, no more than one quart (32 ounces) at a time.

Days 3 and 4

Now you are ready to start drinking more at one time than you did the first two days. Drink 1 quart (32 ounces) of water multiple times throughout the day. When drinking a quart of water quickly, the water does not reach any dangerous levels, so a flavor and/or electrolyte additive is not necessary. In order to ensure that you are getting your water training in during the day, rather than just at home when you get home from work or school, bring along a 32 ounce (1 liter) water bottle. Since water goes through your body very quickly, and you are not yet dealing with extreme amounts of water at once, you can chug it more than once a day to help your stomach muscles relax. The water training sessions should be spread out over several hours. Don’t go overboard, and allow your muscles and organs to rest.

Days 5 and 6

If you were able to chug the quarts of water easily on days 3 and 4, aim for a 1/2 gallon (2 quarts or 2 liters) on day 5. You might have tried to drink two quarts on day 4 if everything you consumed on day 3 went down easily. Since your body has had some time to adjust to the increased consumption of water, you are able to experiment a little more now. Just make sure you don’t increase by more than 1 quart at a time. If you don’t add an electrolyte additive or drink a liquid already containing electrolytes, don’t step up from 1 quart to 3 quarts. Determine how much you need on day 6 based on your results on days 4 and 5. If you were able to finish both quarts on day 5 without feeling uncomfortable, increase to 3 quarts on day 6. You will be able to determine how you will train on day 7, just a few hours before your eating competition, based on how you performed on day 6. Take day 6 seriously, but be careful and maintain safety at all times.
