Hello. Welcome to solsarin. This post is about “califlour foods cauliflower pizza crust original italian“.

List of Italian dishes

This is a list of Italian dishes and foods. Italian cuisine has developed through centuries of social and political changes, with roots as far back as the 4th century BC. Italian cuisine has its origins in Etruscan, ancient Greek, and ancient Roman cuisines. Significant changes occurred with the discovery of the New World and the introduction of potatoes, tomatoes, bell peppers and maize, now central to the cuisine but not introduced in quantity until the 18th century.[1][2]

The cuisine of Italy is noted for its regional diversity,[3][4][5] abundance of difference in taste, and is known to be one of the most popular in the world,[6] with influences abroad.[7]

Pizza and spaghetti, both associated with the Neapolitan traditions of cookery, are especially popular abroad, but the varying geographical conditions of the twenty regions of Italy, together with the strength of local traditions, afford a wide range of dishes.

How to get a crispy Cali’flour crust

Do you prefer your pizza crust to be nice and crispy?  Follow these steps for ultimate crispiness:

  • Heat your oven to 375-400 degrees (ovens can vary)
  • Place your frozen crust on a vented pizza pan or pizza screen
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes (flipping halfway not necessary if using this type of pan)
  • Let cool COMPLETELY – approximately 5-10 minutes {Revised step}
  • Top with desired toppings
  • Eat as-is or place back in oven directly under broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until toppings are warm.
  • Feel great knowing you can eat an entire pizza with zero guilt!

What is Cali’flour Foods pizza crust?

It is only the best alternative pre-made pizza crust out there! Made with only a few clean ingredients, locally sourced non-gmo cauliflower and spices, low carb, gluten free and guilt free crusts… what is there not to love?
Four delicious flavors are plan approved which are the Spicy Jalapeno, Sweet Red Pepper, Original Italian and Plain. The Plant based one is the only one not on plan. How do you count marinara sauce? I personally like 1/4 cup Rao’s marinara sauce which counts as 1 Green and is only 2 g of Carbs. You could also use 2 tbsp of this sauce as 1 Condiment.

Create a perfectly-sized personal pizza with the flatbread or go for a larger pie for the whole family with the original crust. Either way, your taste buds will likely fall in love with Cali’flour Foods at first bite!

Hip cooking tips when using Cali’flour crusts:

    • While the instructions advise cooking your flatbread for 10-12 minutes at 375°, plus an additional 2 minutes on broil once covered in toppings, I found this to result in overly crisped and slightly burnt crust. Instead, adjust the initial cook time to 7-8 minutes on your middle oven rack and then return to the oven for an additional 4-5 minutes while keeping the oven temp at 375°.
    • Allow your pizzas and flatbreads to cool for about 10 minutes before covering them with toppings and returning to the oven.
    • Use a vented pizza pan to ensure the bottom of your crusts and flatbreads cook up nice and firm.
    • Keep your crusts and flatbreads in the freezer while the oven preheats and remove them just before you’re ready to place them in the oven.

The company’s newest option is the Plant-Based Italian Cauliflower Pizza Crust which is 100 percent plant-based and contains no eggs or dairy. The company is already receiving great reviews about their pizza crusts from customers, some of whom have made this one switch in their diet and have already lost weight.
